ABRONYX TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the ABRONYX platform, recruiting services, or company portal (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
ABRONYX provides premium permanent placement recruiting services for employers in the manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, and logistics sectors. Our services include candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation, and portal-based search management.
3. EMPLOYER OBLIGATIONS
Employers using ABRONYX services agree to provide accurate job descriptions, timely feedback on submitted candidates, and to adhere to all applicable employment laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your company portal account.
- 4. FEES AND PAYMENTS
- Activation Fee: A non-refundable activation payment is required to launch a search. This amount is credited toward the total flat search fee.
- Flat Search Fee: ABRONYX operates on a transparent flat-fee model. The remaining balance of the search fee is due upon the successful hire of a candidate.
- Payment Terms: All invoices are payable within the timeframe specified in your service agreement.
5. ABRONYX COMMITMENT
We commit to delivering qualified, interview-ready candidates. Our specific delivery guarantees are subject to the active search period and terms defined at the time of job enrollment.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, technology, and systems provided through the Services are the property of ABRONYX and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the portal for managed recruiting activities.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ABRONYX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
ABRONYX reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
